Resolving trailing documents just got a lot easier
Our newest feature, TrailFix, lets you reopen an order previously closed on Pavaso, to complete additional documents and seamlessly add them to the original closing package.
Some of the benefits include:
– Consumer(s) can eSign documents that do not require notarization at their convenience
– Documents that require notarization can be completed with remote online notarization (RON)* and in person eNotarization (IPEN)*, no matter how the signing was originally performed
– No time constraints, can be utilized with all closing packages on the platform, whether hours or years after signing
– No frequency limitations, available to be applied to an order as many times as needed
– One audit trail is maintained with all post-closing activity added to the original audit log
*Due to platform capabilities, state law or regulation, state executive orders, or all, electronic notarization and remote online notarization are not available in all areas.
