Brooks Yeager is President of Pavaso and is responsible for the overall operations and management. He is focused on customer experience with a goal to ensure that customers love using Pavaso’s eClosing platform and have confidence in the team supporting them.
Brooks also holds a role as Senior Vice President for Old Republic Title where he has spent the last 4 years implementing divisional growth strategies and technology initiatives. Prior to joining Old Republic Title he spent close to 10 years at RamQuest where he ran the business unit in charge of building integrations with title related service providers. He was also involved in Pavaso and creating the digital closing platform we have today.
President, American Credit Union Mortgage Association (ACUMA)
Tracy Ashfield has worked as a consultant and subject matter expert with ACUMA since 2000. In that time, working with founder and former president Bob Dorsa, she has helped the non-profit grow from a handful of members to an organization with more than 400 mortgage-lending credit union leaders. During her years with the association, Ashfield has been the curator of ACUMA’s event programming, bringing relevant and timely educational content to the growing list of members.
Tracy is a well-known figure in credit unions with nearly 30 years in mortgage banking leadership roles at numerous mortgage banking firms. She also headed Mortgage Development for CUNA Mutual Group. In 2000 she created Ashfield & Associates, a consulting and training firm that assists credit unions, large and small, with mortgage lending strategy, program development, policies, product design, training and strategic planning.

Camelia Martin has over 15 years of experience in mortgage finance technology services. She leads Falcon Capital Advisors’ Digital Mortgage Advisory Group and works with all types of mortgage industry participants to facilitate their digital mortgage adoption efforts. Martin is regarded as a leading subject matter expert in the implementation of digital mortgage closings and electronic promissory notes (eNotes). Her experience includes industry-wide initiatives which have directly supported digital mortgage acceptance programs for key participants such as Ginnie Mae and the Federal Home Loan Banks.
Martin has a proven track record for executing strategic, mission-critical initiatives at the enterprise level. She combines a unique cross-section of experience in operations, compliance, risk management, process reengineering and project management. Prior to joining Falcon Capital Advisors, Martin held various senior-level positions in the legal, risk and operations departments at MERSCORP Holdings, Inc. During this time, she led the integration of hundreds of participants onto the mortgage loan registries, the launch of new product offerings and the automation of multiple internal business processes.
Martin was selected as a 2020 HousingWire Woman of Influence in recognition of her efforts to support the industry’s adoption of digital mortgage closings. She also currently serves as a member of MISMO’s Strategic Planning Committee.

Anndrea Hart serves as director of residential title for Servion Title, a division of The Servion Group. Anndrea joined The Servion Group (then C.U. Mortgage Services) in 1997. Over the years, she progressed through a series of roles including Recording Manager and Production & Recording Manager. She became director of residential title in June of 2018.
Today, Anndrea’s responsibilities include managing Servion Title’s residential operations, growing the residential side of the business, and overseeing the closing department. She supervises a staff of approximately 20 people, including title closers, recording specialists, and title examiners. Relationships are central to Anndrea’s business philosophy. She works diligently to develop strong, long-term relationships with lenders and with internal partners, ultimately leading to better, more efficient service that meets or exceeds expectations.
Prior to joining Servion, Anndrea worked for seven years at Twin City Co-ops Credit Union (now SPIRE Credit Union). Active in the community, Anndrea volunteers with Toys for Tots Twin Cities, the Junior Achievement program at Sunnyside Elementary School in New Brighton, MN, and with a local Twin Cities food shelf. Anndrea and her husband, Craig, live in St. Paul. She has three grown daughters.
Mortgage LOS Analyst, Wings Financial Credit Union
Karlin Swenson has been in the credit union industry for over 26 years. He has held several roles in mortgage lending and is currently the Mortgage LOS Analyst for Wings Financial Credit Union. Karlin’s primary focus is technology. He collaborates with the Wings IT and mortgage teams developing testing, customizing & implementing efficiencies throughout the mortgage process.
Vice President/Director, Collateral Management, Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines
Vonda Renfrow is the vice president and director of collateral management at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines. Ms. Renfrow joined the Bank in April 2013 and has responsibility for collateral operations and digital onboarding. Ms. Renfrow led the eNote/eMortgage initiative for the Des Moines Bank that went live July 1, 2020. Prior to joining the Bank she was vice president of Pleasantville State Bank where she was credited for starting a successful secondary market mortgage lending program. Ms. Renfrow holds a Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa.

Phil is an experienced mortgage and technology executive that has exhibited high levels of success in retail, correspondent, and wholesale channels. Throughout his nearly 20 years in our industry, he has lead multi-billion dollar mortgage divisions, successfully managed nationwide sales and operations teams, and executed countless technology implementations. Phil previously spent 11 years in various roles at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage followed by 4 years as Director at the Pentagon Federal Credit Union (PenFed). Phil is also a two time recipient of the Central Intelligence Agency’s (CIA) Exceptional Performance Award. Currently, Phil leads Sales at Pavaso, a true full-service eClosing platform that can perform a completely paperless closing in as little as 15 minutes and deliver process improvements throughout application, pre-closing, closing and post-closing.

Eric Lapin is an industry veteran in the mortgage, technology, title and innovation sectors. With 24 years of experience in financial services, Eric has managed business functions related to underwriting, enterprise business development, sales and sales management, technology, risk mitigation, strategic innovation, data and analytics across the mortgage life cycle and capital markets.
