Mark McElroy began his career in Fortune 100 application development and technology deployment in 1984. He has since been involved in major application development and technology support for Healthcare, Wholesale Distribution and Technologies Consulting that have resulted in countless successful implementations helping businesses save millions of dollars in efficiencies. In 1993 he moved to implementing SAP in large multi-national companies and in 1996 became a partner in IT Services, Inc. where, as a key member of the executive management team, he helped grow that business to $40M in annual revenues by 2000.
In May 2001, along with several other investors, McElroy purchased RamQuest, Inc., a provider of solutions for the title and settlement industry. During McElroy’s tenure as President and CEO, RamQuest increased revenue more than 28 fold achieving 50 consecutive quarters of profitability and establishing a user base exceeding 30,000 users nationwide. In addition, McElroy launched several new products for the title industry. In 2011, under McElroy’s direction, RamQuest began to widen its focus and develop products and services under the Pavaso brand for vertical real estate markets. In 2014, Pavaso officially separated and launched as its own entity and now operates independently serving the real estate market with McElroy as President and CEO.
Larry has over 35 years of business and technology experience and brings high level strategic thinking and detailed technology understanding to Pavaso. He started his career as a computer programmer in 1978 and has worked his way up through multiple technical and management positions.
As founder and business owner of various successful startups such as Leopard Enterprises (later sold to KnowledgeBase Marketing) and Title Plant Software, he has retained his detailed technical edge while delivering real results in the technology field. Larry brings his business startup knowledge, business process understanding and technical successes to Pavaso to oversee all technology endeavors.
As Senior Vice President of Sales, Dan plans and develops strategies for cultivating business and achieving sales goals, in addition to managing the sales team, operations and resources. He has over 30 years of sales experience and over 25 specifically in sales management.
Dan has had significant experience with startups, including building company infrastructure, developing sales groups, setting direction and growing revenue. He helped to start two companies which, under his leadership, went on to grow their sales from zero to over $10 million and $30 million in sales.
Nancy G. Pratt is the Vice President of Business Relationships and Government Affairs for Pavaso and provides team leadership in attaining company goals. She’s responsible for managing the strategic relationships for the growth of the company on a Federal and State level, and understanding key regulatory issues and laws that pertain to the operations of Pavaso. She is involved with sales support and the strategy of the promotion and development of Digital Mortgage Solutions throughout the Title agent network and lender segment of the industry.
Nancy has over 12 years of experience in the eMortgage /eClosing space, which played a key role in leading the go-to-market and implementation strategies for both of Pavaso's CFPB pilots. Nancy has been in the mortgage and title industries for over 32 years, and highlights of her career include industry milestones of performing the first complete eMortgage with lenders and conducting the first ever FHA and VA eClosings.
Nancy has been invited to speak at various industry conventions as an eClosing/eMortgage subject expert. She is a Co-chair of the MBA MISMO eMortgage Group and a member of the Residential Technology Committee. She is also a member of the ALTA Government Affairs, Public Relations, State Regulatory Action and Technology Committee. She also has membership within PRIA, MBA, MISMO, ESRA, RESPRO, National eNotarization Board, and has served on the eMortgage FNMA Innovation Team. She was also named one of The MReport’s Leading Ladies in the Housing Industry in 2015, and an MBA Tech All Star award for 2016.
As Vice President of Business Development, Cheri identifies potential business partners and opportunities and establishes long term customer relationships. Cheri is extremely client-focused and is passionate about exceeding client expectations and business growth.
Cheri has over 25 years of experience in customer operations and account management within the business and technology industries, and has a successful track record in leading operations, business development and strategic efforts that expanded customer base, while increasing revenue and company profitability. She most recently worked with RamQuest, providing premiere business solutions for the title and settlement agencies through their total solution production software.
Jay began his career at RamQuest Inc. as a Business Analyst working specifically on the Pavaso project. Through Pavaso’s inception, he was promoted to Director of Product Management and helped to design the Pavaso platform, Digital Close and Signing Table applications from the beginning.
Today, Jay focuses on designing new products and enhancements to Pavaso’s solutions, and works closely with the development and marketing teams ensuring that all solutions meet defined requirements and provide a quality end-user experience.
Matt has spent his career creatively simplifying complex, enterprise-class technology and service solutions in the Telecommunications, Title, Healthcare, and Mortgage industries.
Prior to joining Pavaso, Matt was a senior manager in the Healthcare Solutions Development group at Dell Services, where he managed a team of professionals in user experience, business analysis, training and tech writing.
In addition to his skills and expertise in branding, marketing and advertising, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in user-centered design, information architecture, human-computer interaction, and front-end web technologies.
